to be honest i enjoyed how very friendly and good natured the staff is, would not hesitate to return there wake-up service, available in my a double room, was a nice bonus. the hotel's location was exceptionally nice, near a local restaurant and the airport, which is a huge plus point and fort kochi. it also was near everything.

The room amenities like climate control, a flat-screen TV, and coffee and tea making facilities were enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfy, like a cloud.

The staff, led by Mr Sam, was excellent and provided warm and genuine service. Mr Sam gave good travel advice, taking into account weather predictions. the food was really good as well.
